Dr. Michael Russell

Board President

Mike and Brenda Russell have resided at 2648 Willow Bend Circle for the past three years and enjoy the neighborhood they have admired since Willow Bend first started. Mike is President of Mike Russell & Associates and The Covenant Center for Church Risk Management, Education and Training.


Mike holds two Masters Degrees in Communication and Business Management as well as a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. Brenda is a retired elementary school teacher. In the summer you can see six wonderful grandchildren playing in the pool.at their home on the south side of Willow Bend Circle.

Victor Wilson

Board Vice-President

I’m Victor Wilson. My Family and I moved to Springdale Arkansas in December 2018. We lived in Arlington Texas prior to relocating to North West Arkansas. I’m a native Arkansan. I’m a graduate of the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business. My Wife, Monica and I have two (2) daughters, Courtney and Megan. 


Both of our daughters attended the U of A. Courtney graduated Walton College of Business with a Masters of Accountancy in May 2019. Megan graduates in December 2019 with a degree in Journalism. They have two (2) Shih Tzu puppies, Bella and Piper. We look forward to enjoying our Willow Bend Community. We’re looking forward to serving our Community through service on our POA Board.


Dr. Randel Feezell

Board Secretary

I have been married to my wife Kathi for 48 years. We have 3 children Cody, Carlie and Haley and a Grandaughter Josie, who lives with us. I am a retired Ob/Gyn and currently in Master’s program biologic anthropology University of Arkansas.  I am active in my church and lead a Life Group at 1st Baptist Rogers.







Monica Wilson

Board Treasurer

Hi I'm Monica Wilson. My Family and I moved to Springdale Arkansas in December 2018 from Arlington Texas. Victor and I have two (2) daughters, Courtney and Megan. They have two (2) Shih Tzu puppies, Bella and Piper. I graduated from The University of Alabama Culverhouse College of Business with a degree in Health Care Management and a minor in Accounting.


I currently work as The Practice Manager for Mercy Convenient Care Springdale, Regional Airport, and Bella Vista locations. Victor and I look forward to serving our Willow Bend POA Board as your Vice-President and Treasurer. 



Kyle Kimel

Special Projects

Kyle Kimel and his wife Kathy moved to Northwest Arkansas from North Carolina at the end of 2011.  Kyle attended school at the U of A and graduated with a degree in Marketing in 1973. Kyle spent 30 years in the corporate world, the first 12 in retailing, where he was a department store buyer, and also held many store management positions. Following that he worked for two major home textile corporations in the area of sales and account management. Before retiring he was a middle-school math teacher for 7 years.

 Kyle is semi-retired and works part-time with a financial advisor for Cornerstone Wealth Mgmt. / LPL, where he performs research and analysis on various investment products for the purpose of portfolio building, and also handles other customer service functions.

We’ve lived in Willow Bend for 15.5 years. The location seriously cannot be better for all that we do. It’s so close and convenient to our church/school, work, shopping and the bypass. We have always felt safe with a sense of community with neighbors looking out for one another. Happy our girls got to grow up here!
